It is rare to be able to take time out in life to just enjoy it.  A new baby on the way helps you lay back and reflect on how amazing life actually is.  It also makes you get up and go out and enjoy life and all the beauty it holds.  A once in a lifetime opportunity arose to take a trip around Califonia for the ideal maternity session, that is what a photography couple like us dreams of while awaiting our first child.  So as we planned our trip to California, we scheduled in the most amazing photo opportunities for a maternity session.  It felt like the fitting thing to do as I, Kurt, grew up in California and Ansley had yet to see vast spans of land that make up the diverse state.
